iPOWER is designed to allow real time monitoring and control of electrical power systems.
Any alarms or faults are immediately raised on the system via a SCADA and plan based interface. In addition the alarms and faults are broadcast via SMS or email (providing accurate details of the particular problem) to maintenance personnel and managers ensuring a fast response to any electrical incident or critical system fault.
The system handles automated load shedding, metering (automatic billing in iFM), monitoring, electrical system diagnostics and control.
By enabling the “Electrical” button, all electrical equipment present in the particular view will appear using the appropriate symbols.
By selecting the equipment of interest, all its technical information becomes visible, and, assuming the operator has the correct security level, the devices can be controlled by the operator as well.
Besides the plan view the electrical system can also be viewed in a SCADA view as a process. In this view all the elements can still be monitored and controlled.
By selecting the electrical meter symbol, all the readings of the meter are immediately available allowing full diagnostics of the system.
By selecting the contactor symbol the contactor can be opened or closed. The symbol on the view will change to reflect the current state of the device.
The electrical system can also connect to any lighting system to give full control of lighting.
In the event that there is not a lighting control system, one can be created by utilizing PLC controllers driving contactors or relays as the case may be.
We can add intelligence to non intelligent systems.

iCALL is the answer to expensive manned call centres or help desks.
The system operates on a very simple principle. Namely, that each person logging a call becomes his/her own call centre operator via our smart graphical user interface
iCALL provides a user terminal at common locations throughout the client’s facilities, or the system enquiry icon resides on each workstation and operates via the company’s existing network.
The system will issue the enquiry directly to the correct vendor who then acknowledges the call, plans for the work to be undertaken and issues a job card.
The person who initiated the call can track the progress of their request through the system.
