SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)

iPLANT is designed to allow real time supervision, monitoring and control of any industrial or commercial process.

Besides the conventional PID/SCADA view the systems can be viewed in a plan mode as well.

The system handles all forms of display of process variables including graphical trending.

The iPLANT system is unique in that it can handle multiple protocols simultaneously, thus allowing many types of systems to be seamlessly integrated onto a single platform.

This allows many dissimilar systems that are normally supervised and controlled on separate computers to be handled by a single system. For example talking to analogue addressable fire detection systems and Modbus process systems is easily handled.

The iPLANT system, being integrated into iBMS, allows all the components like air conditioning, electrical and fire detection systems to have a full SCADA capability, making them easier to use and manage.
